<– Just look at my neck!!! I decided to try the diet after hearing my wife and daughter looking into Ideal Protein. They researched all of the other diets and found this one to be superior to the others. I’m turning 50 this year and I was most interested in the health benefits. I don’t need my acid reflux/GERD medications (& no more tums at bedtime!), I’m off my high blood pressure medications now, and I truly believe I’ve greatly reduced my chance of getting diabetes by not over-working my pancreas. The side effect though is that I lost 4 inches off of my waist, so I better start looking for new pants!! lol
